5 things you can do to support queer songwriters

We loved hearing some incredible nuggets of insight from our panelist Jai Yoko on embracing individuality and respecting diversity. Thank you to Jai and our host Liana Maneese for such a great discussion for Pride month.

Here are five calls to action to support the queer community, in the music industry and beyond:

1. Turn your curiosity into a conversation with the goal of finding a commonality
2. Learn how to be an ally to the queer community
3. Make a pledge to be an ally, and share to social media
4. Educate yourself on local laws that impact LGBTQA+ communities
5. Look up your representatives and call your legislators about those laws
